The key is to budget our time well—then make the most of it.  In this workshop, we will learn to clarify and prioritize your objectives and goals while adopting appropriate strategies for dealing with interruptions—and anything else that ‘steals’ your time. We will work on improving your time-management skills, so you can start to feel more in control and less stressed.

The process of progressive discipline is not intended as a punishment for an employee; instead, it’s designed to assist the employee in overcoming performance problems while satisfying job expectations. Learn to administer the steps in this progressive-discipline process and provide feedback to the employee so that he or she can correct the problem and begin contributing to the success of your organization.
