Prior to taking up the role of ‘National Manager – Strategic Consulting’, Steve spent the previous 4 years as the National Manager of the Project Management Office at Data#3. In his current role, Steve takes to market nationally a number strategic offerings that both support and extend on Data^#3’s successful history in delivering ICT solutions.

Charles Clarke is the Pre-Sales Manager for Veeam Software in the Asia Pacific region. He has over 17 years experience in the IT industry working with a wide range of technologies and organizations around the world.

Justin Cook has worked at Data^#3 since October 2004. Justin’s system management expertise covers the Microsoft System Center family of products with a particular focus on Operations Manager, Config Manager, Service Manager, Opalis and supporting technologies. In addition, he has vast experience in the design and implementation of desktop and server SOEs. He has worked on many high profile projects including one that was showcased at Microsoft TechEd last year.

Richard Costanzo manages the Websense technical and pre-sales team for Australia and New Zealand and is based in Sydney. The team is responsible for all technical pre-sales work with businesses of all sizes and industry sectors across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this role, Richard was with Websense based in San Diego, USA and was the Technical Training Manager for Global Education responsible for developing curriculum and training programs across all product lines for internal sales engineers, partners and Websense customers.

As the Principal Systems Engineer for Symantec.cloud ANZ (formerly MessageLabs), Adrian is responsible for providing pre-sales engineering support to customers across Australia and NZ, including the provision of technical guidance and management for new enterprise customers. Adrian also has the added responsibility of Presales Team Leader, managing a team of systems engineers who help guide the sales cycle and advise on a range of technical considerations. Adrian joined the Symantec.cloud team in 2007 as a Pre-sales Engineer.

Nick Day is IBM's Partner Executive for Data#3 and has over 25 years IT experience. Most recently Nick worked for the IBM worldwide business partner team with a specific focus on helping software vendors integrate their solutions into cloud, premise and hybrid technology platforms. Nick has also worked with major telecommunications organisations across Asia Pacific on their cloud strategies as well as in IBM's Infrastructure as a Service business.

Sean has been with McAfee for over ten years and in his current role is responsible for providing security advice, best-of-breed security solutions and professional services to McAfee's key enterprise customers in the region.  With over thirteen years experience in the IT industry, he is an active public speaker on security issues and regularly provides insight at industry events as well as customer and non-customer conferences.

Paul Ducklin joined Sophos from the South African Council for Scientific and Industrial Research in 1995. Paul moved to Sydney in 2001 to join Sophos Australia and is now Head of Technology, Asia Pacific. Paul is one of the world's leading security experts, and loves sharing his knowledge. He is an entertaining and sought-after presenter world-wide.

Scott Gosling has an extensive career history covering both the business and information technology aspects of computing, with a particular focus on Microsoft network technologies. During Scott’s time as a Senior Network Engineer & Consultant he had a specialisation in messaging technologies with extensive experience with Microsoft’s Exchange mail platform. Scott’s degree and background allows him to assist organisations with the alignment of business goals with Information Technology. Scott also has a successful track record in project management. Scott is now the National Practice Manager for Microsoft Services within Data^#3. Scott also sits on the Microsoft Australia Security Partner Advisory Council, and the Microsoft Worldwide Services Executive Partner Advisory Council.  His role encompasses joint business planning with Microsoft nationally, and development of strategic initiatives.  Scott also leads the ICT Services Solution Management group nationally.

John has worked in IT for the last 15 years across a number of sectors including Finance, Telecommunications, Resources, Logistics’ and SME’s. Joining Data^#3 in 2006, John brought a passion for developing business solutions through the use of technology. John led the deployment of Data^#3’s cloud platform and is currently the National Solutions Manger for Data^#3’s Cloud solutions.

Phil Helmling is a Senior Systems Engineer for VMware based in Adelaide. Phil is a VCP 2, 3, 4 and 5 and the ANZ SME for VMware ThinApp Application Virtualisation technology. Prior to VMware he has held Solution Architect and Technical Consultant roles as well as built the virtualisation practice for ANZ and Global Datacenter practices within a VMware Partner.

Evelina Jedrzejewski joined the Data^#3’s Business Productivity Services (BPS) team as a Business Productivity Specialist. The BPS team works with customers across Australia to help staff get more out of their investment in software. Evelina’s interest is in helping organisations and their people reach their maximum potential, particularly in the area of technology adoption. She achieves this through tools and techniques within the areas of change management, training, organisational culture, assessment and group facilitation ensuring that end users do not become victims of the technology deployed to them. As a Registered Psychologist, Evelina brings a perspective not normally seen at technology events, and her session at JuiceIT will open your eyes to the non-technical roadblocks to your success, and how to overcome them.

Raymond Maisano is the Group Manager for HP Industry Standard Servers in Australia and New Zealand. In this role, Maisano is responsible for the sales and marketing strategy and execution for HP’s ProLiant and BladeSystem portfolios. Both portfolios are critical to the success of the HP Enterprise Storage and Server business in South Pacific. 

Mike McHugh is a Senior Solutions Consultant in Adobe ANZ. He has authored two books, one on InDesign and one on Photoshop, published by Peachpit press. Mike also hosts a popular online video show, CreativeSweetTV.com. He has a background in Design working in award winning studios in his home town of Melbourne.

John started work in 1988 as an apprentice communications engineer and spent 10 Years within the British military in various communication specific roles. John continued his career in various freelance roles at Barclays Bank, CSC, IBM and Dimension Data before commencing work in Microsoft’s Voice business 3 years ago. Since starting at Microsoft, John has been focused on orchestrating and deploying OCS R1 & R2 and Lync 2010 solutions for Australian & New Zealand customers.

Alex Wilson is a Principal Systems Engineer and Team Leader based in Australia focusing on pre-sales activities across the Endpoint Management and Mobility products. Alex joined Symantec via the Altiris acquisition and brings over 20 years experience within IT to the greater Symantec family. Alex is certified across multiple environments including Altiris, Symantec, ITIL and Security (CISSP).

Paul Woods is the Principal Specialist  of the Business Productivity Services within Data^#3. Paul and his team are focused on helping customers get the most out of their Microsoft productivity investments.
