Step 2 - Select the quantity of each type of appointment you want and pay for them.
Step 3 - Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with details explaining how to solidify your time slots. We ask that you please respond to that email as soon as you can, as appointments will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
