Since joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Pisano has helped transform Carlyle’s IT service experience, building a 24/7 customer support team and spearheading personal productivity initiatives such as the Office 365. Mr. Pisano holds a B.S. and M.I.S. in Information Systems from Gannon University. As the Global Enterprise Services Lead, Mr. Pisano oversees the Service Delivery and Telecommunications Teams that support Carlyle’s 30+ global offices, manages SOX compliance and controls for IT, and is helping to shape the Carlyle desktop of the future. |
