Bill founded Prosource Executive Search, a full service retained search firm, in 1992.  He is also published author of "The ReExamined Life: What's possible after job loss" and most recently "In Demand: How to get hired, develop a career and always be successful."  Bill frequently lectures on college campuses and with corporations speaking on the subject of leadership, positively motivating employees, and getting more production and higher quality from associates based on leadership styles.  His areas of expertise include all areas of retained executive search, corporate and university level training and motivational speaking.
