INS 2018 Infusion Nursing Grand Rounds

Infusion Nursing Grand Rounds

Applications due by January 5

Infusion Nursing Grand Rounds are brief podium presentations given in a case-study format. This tried-and-true approach of sharing clinical expertise and experiences promotes professional development, best infusion practices, and strategies for optimal patient outcomes.

Your application should consist of a title, abstract, learning outcome, outline, and references for a case study relating to infusion nursing. Submissions undergo blind reviews and are selected for presentation at INS 2018 in Cleveland.

GUIDELINES:

  • Presentations are 20 minutes. We recommend limiting the presentation to 15 minutes to allow time for questions from the audience.
  • Only one presenter for each Infusion Nursing Grand Rounds.
  • Limit titles to 15 words.
  • A narrative abstract, limited to 200 words, is required.
  • Citations and references must be styled using the American Medical Association (AMA) Manual of Style.
  • Do not include any identifying text in the title or abstract.
  • The material presented should be your own, original work and should not have been published previously.
