Registration is on line, with payment by check or credit card. There will be an option to print your registration and mail with a check to facilitate payment by your church or if you prefer not to use a credit card. If you are not able to register online, please email the Center for ClergyExcellence@vaumc.org and a paper registration form will be made available to you. You are encouraged to register before Holy Week to ensure lodging availability. The deadline for In-residence Registration is Easter Monday, April 2, 2018.

All-Inclusive Registration
The Virginia Crossings Hotel & Conference Center is an executive conference center with on-site hotel and gourmet kitchen facilities. The registration options below are per-person and based on your lodging choices. You will be asked for a credit card when you check-in, to cover any incidentals (room service, in-room movies, etc.). Both in-residence and commuter registrations include all meals beginning with dinner on Monday through breakfast on Wednesday. Vegetarian and gluten free options will be available at each meal.

In-residence Registration (All meals and lodging Monday and Tuesday night)
Double Occupancy room with two beds $295.00 per person
Double Occupancy room with one bed $295.00 per person
Single Occupancy room $425.00 per person
Single Occupancy room with Accessibility options* $425.00 per person
*Limited availability; rooms include walk-in shower, low counters, wider door frames

Commuter Registration (All meals, no lodging)
Full-time Participation, Monday through Wednesday $195.00 per person

Continuing Education Funds
Continuing Education grants from $200 to $400 are available to clergy under appointment by the Virginia Conference (including full time local pastors who have completed the Course of Study, provisional members, associate members, elders, and deacons). Guidelines for eligibility and funding limits as well as the Application form are available at www.vaumc.org/ClergyContinuingEducation.

Continuing Education Units
To receive 1.0 CEUs, you must attend 10 hours of the events in bold on the schedule. If you attend at least 5 hours, you can receive 0.5 CEU.

When you register for a double occupancy room, you will have the opportunity to request a roommate - either by name or by random assignment. If you will have a travel companion who is not participating in Ministers’ Convocation, please register for a Single Occupancy room. You will be asked for your guest’s name in the registration process and this is for security purposes only; meals are not provided for your guest.

Through Thursday, March 22, 2018, full refunds will be given with written notice of cancellation to the Center for ClergyExcellence@vaumc.org. After March 22, registrations are transferrable but not refundable. Notice of any registration transfer must be communicated to and confirmed by the Center for Clergy Excellence no later than Monday, April 2, 2018. No refunds will be issued after March 22, 2018.
