- Cancellation or exhibit space reduction requests received by close of business June 4, 2018, will receive a refund of 90% of total booth costs.
- Cancellations or exhibits space reductions received between June 5 – September 1, 2018, will receive a refund of 50% of the total booth costs.
- Cancellations or exhibits space reductions received on or after September 2, 2018 will receive 0% refund of the total booth costs.
