Delegate information
This section provides further details about attending the Summit as a delegate.
Who attends?
The US Operational Leaders Summit is a highly exclusive, unique educational gathering. Strictly by invitation only, the Summit is open to a select audience of senior operational executives from leading hedge funds.
Those eligible to attend as delegates will receive an official invitation including a unique password, which will allow them to confirm their registration. It is FREE for delegates to attend the Summit.

The Summit provides a productive, engaging yet discreet forum for invitees to update their professional knowledge through in-depth discussions as well as the opportunity to establish new contacts.
The educational program is complemented by a series of informal and formal networking and social activities taking place throughout the event. As an invitation only, closed gathering, the Summit is a unique opportunity to engage with your peer group on a one-to-one basis in a relaxed yet confidential environment.
What is included in your delegate package?
Delegates to the Summit receive the following complimentary guest package:
- Access to all conference sessions
- Access to all networking and meetings
- All meals and refreshments throughout
- Evening drinks reception (June 5)
- Sit down dinner and after dinner drinks (June 5)
- Networking and leisure activities (tba)
- One night's accommodation (June 5)*
The Summit is strictly by invitation only to the following:
- COO/ CFO or the person in charge of operations from US based HFM member companies
- COO/ CFO or person in charge of operations from a select group of US based hedge fund managers
Invited guests will receive an official invitation with a unique registration code, which will enable them to register for their place via this website.

Accommodation
All Summit guests receive a complimentary night's stay on Monday June 5. Details on how to book accommodation will be provided in your registration confirmation emails.
* Reservation and cancellation policy:
Guests will be required to provide card details when booking their complimentary accommodation. The room rate indicated will be charged to HFM as part of your summit delegate pass. Your card details are required to confirm your reservations and incidentals. You will only be charged for the room should you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the Summit taking place or do not show at the event. Should you need to cancel your room booking please contact Hayat Mousa at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellations after that will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
