Format and costs

All dinners take place on the same evening and start at 18:30 with welcome drinks, with the event finishing around 21:00. 

There will be a seated three course networking dinner with an HBAA host at each venue. We are aiming to have an equal number of agent members to venue members at each event.  There is an anticipated maximum of 25-35 guests at each dinner, apart from London where the maximum is 90.

All agent places are free of charge, venues attendance is @  £70 plus VAT (£80 plus VAT for the London event). The venue attendee charge covers a venue place and an agent place.  

Agents: You may register up to 5 places for your agency in a single location. You are welcome to register attendees at multiple locations. 

Venues:  Please note that cancellations are free of charge up to 12 noon latest on Tuesday 23rd May after which time no refunds are available. 

Host Venues:  if you wish to attend the event at your venue, please register and pay as per all venue guests.

Any cancellations received after the 23rd May (agent or venue) will incur a charge.
