Sarper H. Tanli M.D., PH.D., M.H.A.

Dr. Sarper Tanli serves as Group Chief Executive Officer of Manzil Healthcare Services since November 2016. He has extensive experience in healthcare planning, development, operations and informatics on an international scale. Dr. Tanli worked on various start-up projects including hospitals, surgical centers and outpatient centers. He has started first home care and disease management programs in Turkey. His area of interest has been wellness & technology, disease management, patient experience and change management.

Before joining to Manzil, he has been responsible expansion of Houston Methodist Global Health Care Services operations in advisory services and training/education programs and many partnerships and collaborations in Europe-Middle East-Africa region in Vice President role. He also led the establishment and operations of the large outpatient centers in the region (The Dubai Mall Medical Centre and its two satellite clinics and recently Valiant Clinic). He led multiple developments and management projects such as Jeddah Health Care Park in KSA, 2,600-bed healthcare complex in Istanbul, and radiation oncology centers in East Europe. At these facilities, Dr. Tanli oversaw the development and implementation of information systems, marketing, recruitment, quality programs, and operational commissioning. In addition, he led the development of several market studies, strategic plans, business plans and feasibility studies for hospitals in the Middle East and Africa.

Previously he has worked for Harvard Medical International (HMI) and played a leading role in the planning and development of Dubai Health Care City (DHCC) and its components. Dr. Tanli led several projects for DHCC including the development of the master clinical plan, licensing structure and governance models, as well as the development and execution of an Integrated Health Network and an Electronic Health Record model. Dr. Tanli also contributed to the development of for a 500-bed teaching hospital based in DHCC.

Dr. Tanli’s accomplishments are complemented by his numerous presentations in international conferences, publications and teaching appointments.
 
Judith Benson Flynn MBA, BSN, RN, CHC

Over her more than twenty five years of experience in Home Health Care, Judy as held positions at the local, regional and national level for both for profit and non-profit corporations.  She has extensive experience in patient care quality and safety, performance improvement, regulatory and accreditation preparation and compliance across multiple health care domains including certified home health, infusion, respiratory, and durable medical equipment.

For the past ten years Judy Flynn has been the Vice President Patient Care Quality, Compliance Officer at Partners HealthCare at Home where she has oversight of patient care quality and safety, performance improvement, regulatory compliance and education for the company serving over 9,000 patients across its multiple service lines.  Prior to this role Judy was an Executive Consultant for The Corridor Group a national health care consulting firm.  During her tenure Judy provided consultation on program development, regulatory compliance, Joint Commission survey preparation as well as leading several due diligence and merger and acquisition efforts.  While she worked with agencies across the country her primary client was the largest VNA in the United States.

Prior to becoming a consultant Judy was Vice President of Clinical Operations for NMC Homecare, Inc. a national Home Health, Infusion, Respiratory and Durable Medical Equipment company.  There she had oversight responsibility for development of local and national strategic plans for field operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and Joint Commission accreditation requirements.  In this role she led the development of several disease management programs, patient care pathways, national clinical, operations and finance audit tools, and policies.

Judy was National Director of Nursing for US Homecare where in addition to oversight of the field clinical operations, she led the development of home psychiatric nursing, maternal child and wound Care Programs. 

Judy is a registered nurse who holds a Bachelors in Nursing, an MBA in Computer Science and is Certified in Healthcare Compliance.  She has multiple publications and has presented at local and national venues.  She has served on the Editorial board of Home Health Care nurse, and as Courtesy Faculty, Yale School of Nursing and Clinical Instructor for the MGH Institute of Health Professions.

 
Megan Brittain Adams

Ms. Megan Adams Megan has completed her Master’s degree in Nursing Leadership and Management, and is a stand out graduate of the prestigious Johns Hopkins University, USA. She has extensive UAE homecare experience in senior management positions and is one of the founders of British American Healthcare LLC. Megan has taken on the role of Chief Quality Officer and concentrated her efforts on leading the company towards CARF accreditation. Megan was instrumental in developing a training and education program to ensure incoming nurses receive the necessary orientation to deliver safe, effective, and culturally-sensitive nursing care in the patient’s home. In addition, Megan is an American Heart Association BLS certified trainer. Megan is married with 2 young daughters and she and her family are planting roots in the UAE.

 
Keren G. A. Diamond RN, BSN, MBA

Diamond brings more than 25 years of experience as an executive leader in home health care, most recently as senior vice president of clinical services at the VNA Care Network, and also as board president of Home Staff, an affiliated private care company. Previously, she served as senior vice president of operations for the Visiting Nurse Association of Boston, overseeing its clinical integration with VNA Care Network and Atrius Health. Prior to that role, Diamond was the executive director of the UMass Memorial HealthAlliance Hospital home health subsidiary, Diversified Home Services.

Diamond is a registered nurse, and holds a master’s of business administration in health care management from Boston University. She currently is a board member of the Massachusetts Home Care Alliance.

Dr. Hiba Mohamed Fadul

Dr. Hiba is a compassionate and clinically competent general practitioner with over 9 years experience working in hospital and clinical settings. During this time she has treated a wide variety of disease states, disorders and injuries with a high rate of patient satisfaction. She has proven ability to establish rapport with patients and communicate effectively with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds. She is capable of maintaining a high quality of care even when seeing a large volume of patients.
Dr. Hiba is a trusted, patient-focused and experienced locum general practitioner with a history of serving patients by successfully diagnosing, treating and also managing their illnesses and diseases.

 
Judith L. Arneson RN, MS
Clinical Project Specialist and Staff Educator

Judith Arneson holds an AB in French Literature from Bryn Mawr College, a BSN from Rush College of Nursing, and an MS from the Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice.  She has practiced clinically as a nurse in outpatient geriatrics, inpatient oncology, and home health care.  Her non-clinical projects have included collaborating with University of Chicago medical faculty to create a new center for education and community outreach on asthma, as well as to establish its hospitalist service and support early research on the hospitalist model in the academic setting; creation of a new-graduate nurse internship program in home health care; and development of a series of interactive online modules to form a palliative care curriculum for clinicians across the post-acute continuum.  She has been providing ongoing training for Manzil staff remotely via videoconference since the summer of 2014.

 
Mariam Hasan

Ms. Hasan is the founding Director for Enayati. Prior to Enayati she was the Regional Manager for InterHealth Canada, having established a full-time office in Riyadh in 2012. She relocated to Saudi Arabia to support the growth strategy in the Middle East Region after serving as Director of Planning for more than 5 years. She has served as Finance Director, Canadian Business Council in Dubai, for a three year term and has initiated and delivered fiscal strategy to secure long term commitment. Ms. Hasan completed her MBA from McMaster University Health Services Management with a previous 10-year nursing history in Burns/Trauma, Critical Care, and Long Term Care.
