All pre-registrations must be done online.
• If you are paying by credit card, please fill this out as you normally would.
• If you are paying by Check, please choose that option under the payment option. Checks must be postmarked by 2/15/2017 and received by 2/18/2017 to receive pre-registration rates and CEU's.
• If you need a paper registration form for your employer, please use this downloadable form. You still need to use the online registration form below as well in this case to update our database.
