Ken Gerber is a partner at Anderson Strathern and is accredited as a specialist by The Law Society of Scotland in commercial leasing. He has written the textbook Commerciul Leases in Scotland: A Practitioner’s Guide, which is now in its third edition, and he led the update writing of the landlord and tenant section of the Stair Memorial Encyclopaedia, as well as contributing various documents to Greens Practice Styles.
