Cancellation Policy (ENGLISH)
All cancellations concerning the registration fee must be presented in writing to MCA Events SRL
- Full refund will be refunded for cancellations received before October 15th 2016, less Euro 50,00 handling fee;
- 50% of the total fee will be refunded for cancellations received before November 1st 2016;
- After the above-mentioned deadlines, no reimbursement can be claimed for cancellation;
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 90 days after the Congress.

Advance payment must be made in euros and by credit card (preferred) or by bank transfer. Online credit card payments can be made with Visa or MasterCard ( American Express and Diners are not accepted).

The liability of the Conference Organizer shall be limited to that refund, and the Conference Organizer shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expenses, whatsoever cause, incurred or arising. The Conference Organizer will hold and process your personal details in its database. Such information is required for the legitimate management of the Maternal cardiovascular system: the key to prevention, prediction, diagnosis and therapy of Hypertensive Diseases of Pregnancy, which may include the information being available to any organizing/sponsoring company. The Conference Organizer may also use your personal details to provide you with information about other conferences or events being organized. Please advise us to any changes in your personal details, or if you would like them to be removed from our database in the future.
