Mackenzie Investments is not permitted to book, provide payment or cancel accommodation on an advisor's behalf. Rooms booked outside of our conference dates will be subject to hotel availability and regular room rates unless otherwise notified by the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation of individual reservations made up to 14 days prior to arrival will be accepted and a refund of the deposit will be provided.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in loss of one night's deposit.
