I am an allocator/advisor - how can I attend?
The Summit is free to attend for allocators, analysts, advisors, fund researchers and investment consultants, but strictly by invitation only. Members of the HFM Allocator Network, are able to attend as part of their membership. If you have received an invitation, please register via the button on the right.

I am a fund manager - how can I attend?
For a small delegate fee, fund managers can attend the event. As a manager attendee, you will have access to all of the educational content, meetings and networking at the event. HFM will match relevant allocators to you according to their strategies of interest. You will also be able to message investor delegates to request one-to-one meetings using the Summit's online Meetings Planner service.

I am a service provider - how can I attend?
Sponsorship packages are available to service providers looking to target both allocators and fund managers. These offer a range of networking and branding opportunities, as well as access to all educational content, meetings and networking at the Summit.

How do I register?
If you have received an invitation to attend the Summit as a delegate, please click on the Register button on the right to book your place.

If you are a manager/ service provider and have booked your place at the Summit, please click on the Register button on the right to confirm the names of your representatives at the event.

How are the meetings arranged?
HFM works closely with allocators and managers to match them according to their specific strategies of interest. Both groups are hand-picked to ensure only relevant investors and managers meet one another. Meetings and roundtables are also scheduled according to the strategies of interest indicated during the registration process.

Allocators and managers can also make use of the exclusive online Meetings Planner service (available around two weeks before the event) to message one another with individual meeting requests.


What is the online Meetings Planner service?
The Summit's Meetings Planner is an exclusive service which provides a list of registered allocators and fund managers. Both groups can search and message one another with individual meeting requests. The service is available around two weeks before the event and only for those already registered to attend. Login details will be emailed to all participants with instructions for use.


Aside from meetings, what other networking opportunities are available?
The Summit hosts a number of formal and informal networking and meeting opportunities throughout the event including lunches, coffee breaks and evening cocktail receptions. All attendees are welcome to participate in any of these activities, and are included in your place at the Summit.
