| Sheila Webster Sheila Webster is a Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution at Davidson Chalmers, Edinburgh. She is a recognised specialist in property litigation, having practised in this area for over 20 years. Sheila has been involved in many leading property cases, including Scottish Tourist Board v Deanpark, Legal & General v Tesco, Retail Parks Investments v Royal Bank of Scotland, Aviva Investors Pensions v McDonald’s Restaurants, Burgerking v Castlebrook Holdings, AWD Chase De Vere v Melville Street Properties, and RM Prow v Argyll & Bute Council, to name a few. She is a former chair and remains a committee member of the Scottish Group of the Property Litigation Association, and is on the Practice Area Committee for the Commercial Litigation Accreditation under the Signet Accreditation Scheme.
