Learning Objectives




At the end of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Improve patient care by utilizing advances that have been developed through recent research and clinical trials. 
  2. Expand medical and surgical treatment options for Retina, Pediatric eye care, Uveitis, Cataract, and Anterior segment diseases, while maintaining safety, improving patient satisfaction, experience and access.
  3. Effectively navigate challenging medical and surgical clinical scenarios including complications.
  4. Implement an algorithm when making dry eye treatment decisions for Ocular Surface Disease.
  5. Apply lessons from global health initiatives to better allocate resources within SCPMG Ophthalmology.
