Jamie Gardiner brings practical commercial experience to the Scottish Bar.

From 2007 to 2015, Jamie was a Strategy Consultant (latterly Director) at Accenture. He led teams dealing with
complex financial analysis, commercial dispute resolution and large infrastructure projects. He has experience in the finance, energy, transport and beverages sectors.

From 2005 to 2007, Jamie was a practising barrister in London.

Jamie has acted in a wide variety of commercial matters. His cases have involved retail distribution and franchise agreements, tailored business loan mis-selling, interdict, insurance matters and winding up. He gives practical advice on tactics, settlement
options and how much an action is worth.

He takes on work in other areas, particularly public and employment law. Generally his work in these areas has a particular call for financial or quantitative analysis.
