Hearing Loop System
Both the Great Hall and Downstairs are equipped with induction loop systems to enhance program access for people who are hard of hearing. The loop system works through telecoil (wireless receiver) technology present in most hearing aids and all cochlear implants, bringing a clear, amplified voice directly to a listener.

Assistive Listening Devices
The Hearing Loops may also be accessed through headsets. These are complimentary, but subject to availability. You may pick one up at the Patron Services Desk or from any Town Hall staff member. Please note, they will ask for an ID in exchange for the device.
