                  *Please be aware you will need to complete a registration for BOTH attendees. The Registration form will automatically start the registration for your roommate and you will need to edit the created registration to provide your roommate's information. DO NOT start a new registration for your roommate. The system will invoice the registration at $215 per person.

Hotel Reservation Policies

  • Reservation deadline is Thursday, December 8, 2016.
  • Reservations received after reservation deadline are subject to hotel availability.
  • Late arrival or early departure causes forfeiture of deposit.
  • Cancellations or any changes to arrival or departure dates must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid deposit forfeiture.
  • Cancellations at any time will incur a $45.00 administrative fee.
  • The Otesaga Resort is 100% smoke free.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm
  • Check-out time is 1:00 pm
  • Snow-date: Should conference need to be postponed due to weather, it will be held February 21-22, 2017.
