Lauren McCadney Williams

Lauren McCadney Williams is a marketing professional with corporate and academic experience who is known for her innovative approach to business. Currently, she leads the organization that is delivering and optimizing CDW’s marketing plan. She is orchestrating programs that are marrying digital, email, marketing automation, and analytics to deliver measurable impact on the business. Prior to CDW, she was Assistant Vice President at SBC, where she held leadership positions in customer analytics and research, marketing, and sales.

Lauren’s commitment to marketing extends to helping to shape the next generation of marketing talent. Her teaching assignments include: University of Illinois, University of Texas at Austin and Duke University. She is also active in the industry; currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Word of Mouth Marketing Association and on the Foundation Committee for the AMA. Her efforts have resulted in several recognitions including: “Top 25 Digital Marketers” by BtoB Magazine; iMedia’s “Ten Hottest Digital Marketers” and Women to Watch in BtoB Marketing by FierceCMO.

She earned a bachelor of business administration from Howard University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In her spare time Lauren is an avid photographer. Two of her favorite subjects are her husband Michael and their Airedale Terrier Winston.

Silvia Prickel

Silvia Prickel recently accepted an opportunity to lead Enterprise Quality and Release Management (eQRM) with accountability for test environment management, data provisioning, test automation, load and performance, continuous integration, and Release Governance on behalf of the United Enterprise.

She is a veteran Information Technology executive with a proven track record in leading, managing and delivering highly successful business solutions to achieve revenue and efficiency targets. Her area of expertise and passion is in Business Strategy and Optimization, Organizational Change Management, and IT Service Management. Silvia is an IT Service Management certified professional, and a Six Sigma Black Belt. Silvia also co-authored three books for IT Professionals. She advocates digital disruption and a technological revolution. Silvia is an active member of the Metropolitan Club Board of Governors, Chair of the Chicagoland PMI Executive Council, and a member of the Association of Information Technology Professionals.

Silvia earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Clarke University.






Rosalee Hermens

Rosalee Hermens is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of True Value Company, where she drives forward-thinking about new store technology and analytics. She was influential in creating the company’s strategic plan, providing an extensive and aggressive roadmap for growth fueled by technology. As part of executing the strategy, Rosalee is transforming IT on all levels—organizationally, technically and the portfolio of systems.

Rosalee’s experience spans over 25 years in delivering tangible business results through optimizing business process, information and information systems. With a strong track record for increasing revenue, reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction, she has been recognized for her work at companies such as The Timberland Company, Aspen Technology, Compaq Computer, Digital Equipment Corporation and IBM. Rosalee has extensive international experience, having lived and worked in the U.S., France and Taiwan.

In addition to her technology experience, Rosalee has financed middle-market and high-technology companies, led budgeting and strategic planning, and managed the acquisition integration process for numerous acquisitions.

Rosalee is a director of the Forsyth Institute where she sits on the finance and governance committees. She is also professionally active in the Boston Club promoting women in leadership, as well as the Society for Information Management. Rosalee is a frequent speaker at professional seminars on leading IT best practice.

She holds a Masters of Science degree in Administrative Science from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon.

Deepa Soni is the US Chief Information Officer (CIO) and US P&C Technology Chief Information Officer (CIO) at BMO Financial Group. Deepa is responsible for the overall leadership, oversight and performance of Technology in the U.S. Deepa is also responsible for providing vision and leadership for developing and implementing innovative and cost-effective information technology strategies, investment plans and operational environments that support Personal & Commercial business groups in the U.S.  Prior to BMO, Deepa was the SVP & Head of Application Development at M&T, leading technology strategy and delivery for all Lines of Businesses across the Bank. Previously, she served as Director of Enterprise Architecture Group at KeyCorp where she was responsible for enterprise wide technology standards and governance, strategic technology planning and solution architecture.

Deepa has 20+ years of technology leadership experience in Financial Services, Consulting and Automotive domains at Fortune 500 companies. Her diverse background includes extensive experience in Digital transformations, IT strategy, Architecture, Agile Product Delivery, IT Financial Management, Global sourcing and Process Re-engineering.

Deepa holds a BS degree from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, India and a M.S from University of Science and Technology, at Missouri-Rolla. Deepa holds a Patent for systems driven process innovation.

Kristyn Hogan is Director, Collaboration Partner Sales for the Americas Partner Organization (APO). Her responsibilities include planning and developing the Collaboration partner go-to-market strategy within the Americas.

Kristyn works closely with Cisco's Global Partner Organization, Business Entities, and Sales Teams to accelerate partner adoption of Cisco’s Collaboration solutions, both on premise and cloud, including Video, Unified Communications, Contact Center, and WebEx. Kristyn drives Cisco’s Collaboration solution channel strategy and partner execution by developing and delivering enablement, profitability and demand generation offers, with a strong emphasis on software acceleration and adoption.
