In addition to addressing the criteria applicable to each Award category, the following must be provided;
Project details- Project name
- Project address
- Entrant name
- Developer name and consent (if applicable) uploaded as a PDF.
Project contact's details (person who can answer all queries relating to the project)
Project information
- Project description (minimum of 40 words /280 characters, maximum of 150 words /1,050 characters)
- Key consultants (company, contact and contact details)
- Media contact's details (person who is the main point of contact for all media queries)
- Media release (minimum 400 words /2,800 characters, maximum 2000 words /14,000 characters)
- establish article (minimum 800 words /5,600 characters, maximum 2000 words /14,000 characters)
- jpeg or jpg format (minimum of 4, maximum of 6)
- they must not be embedded into any other document or program
- 300dpi resolution at A3 size (29.7cm x 42cm), maximum 8mb- at least one portrait format
- named as follows: "Project name-P(followed by sequence number)
- eg photograph number 2 for an entry with the Project Name Sunshine Hills, SunshineHills-P2
