Spring 2016 Potential Sponsors: In order to submit your proposed session, please be sure you have internal approval for the appropriate sponsorship dollars and that your marketing area is aware of your submission. By submitting a presentation, you agree to all terms and conditions and the submission acts as your contract for sponsorship. Both presentation approval and full payment are required for sponsorship. It is important to note that speaking opportunities and sponsorship levels operate hand in hand for this event. Presentation submission is not a guarantee of a sponsorship at that level. Your sponsorship level is not solidified until your submitted presentation has been approved. Once you have received approval, you will be automatically registered at that level, pending full payment of the sponsorship cost.
