Please read the judging criteria carefully before completing the nomination
form. Your entry should clearly demonstrate how you have met all of the points detailed in the criteria.
Each of the award categories is expected to be supported by a brief written submission that will demonstrate that each entry has met a number of different criteria that will show success over twelve month period spanning the period beginning November 1, 2014 up to October 31, 2015.
We are looking for factors that include:
• Structural innovations
• Responsiveness to client needs
• Adaptation to the changing capital markets
• Long-term impact
• Market response
Criteria
• Uniqueness of a loan or deal structure
• Ability of the lender to take an original or different view of a situation
• Positive feedback from clients via written testimonials
• Purpose of the loan and its impact on the borrower and the broader commercial real estate market.
