District leaders are responsible for the cost of hotel accommodations. If districts budgeted for lodging, they may reimburse the district director, program quality director and club growth director for hotel expenses that are not paid for by World Headquarters. You will be asked to provide your credit card information to guarantee a room. No charges will be made until you arrive at the hotel, and you have the option of providing a new form of payment once on-site.
