Their series of aspiring sustainable living-inspired residential projects in Singapore have been mentioned in the press often, in particular Gaia - the first residential project in Asia to be constructed entirely from green concrete. This touchstone project not only serves to protect the environment, but also results in energy savings of US$960.61 per household per year. The design of its 28 units have also been carefully calibrated and simulated to allow the maximum amount of ventilation without artificial cooling.

Even with mainstream residential and commercial projects, Amerald Land aims to inspire future developers of not only boutique developments but also large-scale projects which will ultimately benefit the community and society at large. Constantly challenging themselves to set higher benchmarks, Gaia with its tall vertical garden, has received the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Green Mark Platinum standards.
