Delegate information
The Summit is strictly by invitation only to senior operational executives from HFM Member companies and a select group of leading European hedge fund managers. Those eligible to attend as delegates will receive an official invitation including a unique login, which will allow them to confirm their registration and access the event online seminar planner (available approximately two weeks before the event).
It is FREE for delegates to attend the Summit.

The Summit provides a productive, engaging yet discreet forum for invitees to update their professional knowledge through in-depth discussions as well as the opportunity to establish new contacts.
The educational programme is complemented by a series of informal and formal networking and social activities taking place throughout the event.
As an invitation only, closed gathering, the Summit is a unique opportunity to engage with your peer group on a one-to-one basis in a relaxed yet confidential environment.
What is included in your delegate package?
Delegates to the Summit receive the following complimentary guest package:
- A complimentary night's stay on 14 September
- Access to all conference sessions
- Access to all networking and meetings
- All meals and refreshments
- Evening drinks reception
Sponsorship information
Access to the Summit for service providers and non-hedge fund managers is strictly as sponsors only. If you have booked a sponsorship package for the 2015 Summit, please register by clicking on the link in the main menu.
You will be then be able to access the event online seminar planner (available approximately 2 weeks before the event).

Accommodation
All registered delegates and sponsors receive a complementary night's stay on 14 September.
HFMWeek have negotiated a special rate for those attendees who wish to extend their stay. Full details will be provided upon registration.

To help us ensure that all delegates attending the event are able to participate fully, please let us know about any requirements you have.
Dietary: We always provide vegetarian options at our events, but please inform us if you need us to cater for any other dietary requirements.
Dress code: Business.
CPD points: You will be able to earn professional development points for each session you attend at the summit.
