This year in lieu of our Wednesday night dinner, we will be going to the Cigar City Brewery for a unique experience. Our event will be inside an actual production brewery, the Fermentorium Room where brewers make the beer. The bar in the Fermentorium Room
offers CCB beer & wine.
You will have the opportunity to take a tour, learn about the process of beer making and do a tasting of four different beers during the tour. Analysis & Measurement Services Corporation (AMS) is sponsoring the tour and tastings, along with two additional drink tickets.
Food will be catered by Farm-to-Table Catering.
Plan to meet in the main lobby of the Sheraton at 6:00pm on Wednesday, November 4th. Bus will depart by 6:15. We will depart from the Brewery at 9:00pm, returning to the Sheraton by 10:00pm.
