His career as a technology and business journalist spans more than 25 years at publications including BusinessWeek, the San Francisco Examiner, the San Francisco Chronicle and HomePC. He is the former editorial director of events at The Industry Standard and managing editor of research and events at InformationWeek. He has programmed, hosted and moderated events ranging in scale from intimate focus groups to 2000-person executive-level conferences. Eckhouse has managed B2B and B2C phone, email and web research and event experience surveys with up to 20,000 respondents per survey. He also has produced conferences for clients as diverse as The Economist, RFID Journal, and The Wall Street Journal.













Andrew Hunkins

Andrew joined CDW in 2008 to support the joint initiative between Microsoft and Nortel: the Innovative Communications Alliance (ICA). Over the years, he continued to focus on Microsoft’s phone system technology (Office Communications Server, Lync, and now Skype for Business). Andrew has been involved in over 1,000 unified communications solutions for enterprise customers. Prior to joining CDW, Andrew founded Unimax Systems Corporation, a developer of telecommunications management software, where he served as Unimax’s CTO, later CEO, and is presently a member of Unimax’s board of directors. Andrew holds two patents relating to disparate-data synchronization. He was elected president of the Enterprise Computer Telephony Forum (ECTF), founded the VoIP Consortium, and is a recipient of the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500 Award. He has been a featured speaker at global industry events including the Enterprise Connect conference. Andrew lives near Minneapolis with his wife and two children. He is about to publish his debut fiction novel, No Such Thing as Evil. Gummy Bears are his favorite candy, especially the clear ones.

She is currently Senior Director of Human Resources at Polycom, supporting clients in Sales, Marketing, and Services. Before coming to Microsoft, Mark was an OCS and Lync Server Most Valuable Professional (MVP) and a consultant for some of the largest companies globally deploying communications and cloud services.
