Mike Skinner CIO Eurpac Mike Skinner is Executive Vice President and CIO of Eurpac. In his 23 years with the organization, Mike has served in a variety of positions in distribution and service including CEO for all service divisions at Eurpac. Mike also served 37 years in The United States Air Force as an instructor pilot, on The Air Staff in Washington and leadership roles in both Air Force and Department of Defense CIO and Cyberwar organizations. He retired in 2013 at the rank of Major General. Mike’s professional certifications include the Department of Defense’s CIO Certification, which he earned from the National Defense University. |
