The AREDAY Expo will be held on the Snowmass Village Mall from 12-9pm on Thursday August 13. In addition to vendors and exhibitors, workshops, demonstrations and live music will be included in Expo activities. The Town of Snowmass Village is expecting ~3,000 attendees for the final Summer Concert: Taj Mahal and the Phantom Blues Band.
To accompany exhibitors, the Renewable Energy Expo will include live music, workshops, presentations and other activities for visitors and conference attendees. The AREDAY Summit will have around 300 attendees; the Snowmass Summer Concerts typically attract 1,000-2,500 attendees.
Directions
From Brush Creek Rd., turn onto Wood Rd. and continue past the Viceroy Hotel. After passing the Crestwood Condominiums on the left, turn RIGHT onto a dirt road that switchbacks across Fanny Hill next to the Village Express Chairlift. The unloading zone is a small turn-around located between the Westin Resort and Venga Venga restaurant. Vacate unloading zone IMMEDIATELY after dropping off materials. Free parking available in the Base Village Parking Garage.
Important Details
Only 1 car per booth allowed in unloading zone, DO NOT leave vehicles unattended. Volunteers will be available to assist with drop-off/setup.
LOAD-IN will be split into TWO STAGES. STAGE ONE unloading will be for vendors/exhibitors with minimal equipment/supplies and will be placed FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED in a designated booth space along the Ticket Pavilion. STAGE TWO unloading will be for larger exhibitors with heavier equipment, instillations or vehicles and will be closer to unloading zone for easier entry/exit.
Exhibitors are not permitted to remove materials from the Mall until AFTER the conclusion of the Taj Mahal concert between 8:30-9pm. This is a fire and safety precaution.
There is limited access to electricity. As needed, we will work with each exhibitor to ensure they have adequate access to power.
Each exhibitor is responsible for providing their own materials, including tents, tables, chairs, etc.
If you are a vendor selling food or retail merchandise, you must submit a Snowmass Village Special Event Vendor License
