Registration Terms & Conditions

Registration Inclusions
Registrations will not be accepted over the phone or without the required paperwork. 

Early Bird and Standard registration fees include all conference sessions, catering for both days (morning/afternoon teas and lunches), one ticket to the conference dinner.

Day registration rates include conference sessions, catering for nominated day of attendance (morning/afternoon teas and lunches). Day rates do not include the conference dinner, however tickets can be purchased separately.

Non-Members can join the Australian Association of Gerontology when registering and will be eligible for members’ rates. Please obtain a membership application by visiting http://www.aag.asn.au/membership
Submit your membership form directly to AAG, per the detail on the application form and send a copy to ACS NSW & ACT with your registration form.

Registration and Information Desk

The Conference Registration and Information Desk will be located outside the conference room in the foyer

Registration Confirmation
A confirmation email will be received at the completion of your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation within 1 week of registering please contact ACS events on 02 8754 0400.

Registration Conditions
Payment is required to confirm registration, and is due at the time of your completed registration form been received. 

Tax invoice and Receipts
Please note that once paid, a Tax Invoice/ Receipt will be emailed

Refunds and Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing (via post, fax or email) to the conference managers. Registration fees will be refunded less a $125.00 cancellation fee prior to 5pm Friday 13 February 2015. After this date we regret that no refunds will be made, however substitute delegates will be accepted. Please note that cancellation fees will apply whether or not payment is received by the time of registration. By submitting your registration form you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Shared registrations
Please note one registration form with payment must be received per attending delegate. Shared registrations are not permitted due to legal and insurance reasons.

Privacy Statement
In registering for this event relevant details may be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name and organisation only) a delegate list comprising of (Name, Title and Organisation Only) will be compiled aand may be made available to parties directly related to this event including aged and community services, major sponsors and exhibitors and Aged & Community Services of NSW & ACT.

Disclaimer
The speakers, topics and times are correct at the time of printing. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the organisers reserve the right to delegate or alter items in the program or to substitute speakers.

Insurance
Registration fees DO NOT include insurance of any kind. Delegates are advised to make their own arrangements for coverage. ACS and The Soldiers Club do not accept responsibility for personal accidents, theft and/or damage to the property of conference delegates. Travel insurance is recommended for travel within Australia.
