Your speaker for this event is GARY KRAL. Gary is former Director of Learning and Development at Cessna Aircraft Company where led a 40-person learning and development operation. He currently works as an independent consultant and facilitator. Some of his clients include GE, Hall’s Water, Cessna, WATC, CNB Bank (Clearfield, PA). He is also currently the Vice President of Organizational Development at Amplify Growth, a Dallas based consulting company. He also served for a year and half as a member and then leader of the Customer Relationship Management Process Design Team. For eleven years, Gary was the Director of Employee Development at Cessna Aircraft Company in Wichita, KS, where he directed training and development activities in leadership, professional development, and change management initiatives. He has held similar positions at McDonnell Douglas and Borg-Warner Corp. Gary has been involved in developing trainers, managers, professionals and organizations for over 25 years. He has been an adjunct instructor at Newman University and has presented at Wichita State University’s Center for Management Development. Gary is a certified master trainer in many programs, and a certified lean green belt. Gary is a writer, having contributed to Aviation for Women Magazine. He has authored articles on leadership, making dynamic presentations and managing a successful career. An energetic and popular speaker, Gary speaks nationally to professional, business and civic organizations – most recently at the Cessna Aircraft National Parts Conference and the Conference Board, Executive Coaching Conference in San Diego.
