Commodity has been an active member of the physical commodity markets for 35 years. Our challenge within these markets revolves around identifying and securing talented commodity professionals for a global and exceptional client base; we see ourselves as trusted advisors, assisting clients solving complex hiring challenges. We operate in a number of physical sectors and in our time have played a strategic role in supporting a number of partner clients strengthening their core business as well as diversifying into new territories. Our common denominator is our enthusiasm for the commodity markets, their mechanics and their people; we see ourselves as advisors rather than messengers - constant connectivity and empathy with the market place is key.
