A great opportunity awaits you to exhibit at the 50th Annual Southwest Liturgical Conference Study Week, Keeping the Flame Alive.

We will be at the Sheraton Dallas just blocks from the Cathedral Shrine of Our Lady Guadalupe and the Dallas Arts District.

The Opening, the Major Addresses and the Banquet will be in the Dallas Ballroom.  The Exhibits will be in the 40,000 square foot Grand Hall.
 
Along with the Exhibits, we will also have Food Kiosks available.

The welcoming reception after the First Address will take place in the Grand Hall.

The Grand Hall is the center of all activity of the conference and all traffic flows through the Exhibits.
Freeman is  working with us to provide you with a seamless experience.

Each Exhibit Space is 10’ X 10’ with a 6’ table, two chairs, a waste basket and a 7” x 44” id sign.  All spaces will be divided with the standard Pipe and Drapery.

Once you are registered, Freeman will provide you with information on power, internet and telephone, as well as shipping, if needed.

Southwest Liturgical Conference and its employees and agents harmless against all claims, losses and damages to person or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney's fees arising out of or caused by exhibitor's installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the exhibition premises or a part thereof.

In addition, exhibitor acknowledges that the Southwest Liturgical Conference does not maintain insurance covering exhibitor's property and that it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering such losses by exhibitor.
