Cancellation Policy:

A refund will be granted for registrations cancelled by April 4, 2019, less a 7% cancellation fee. No refund will be given after this date. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent via fax to 303-530-2691 or emailed to pesachla@executivevents.com.

Payment Information:

Registrants who pay with a money order, cashiers check, or via wire will not be registered in the system until the full payment is received with the signed registration form. Online registrations are for those paying by credit card only.
 

By Money Order or Cashiers Check: If paying by money order or cashiers check you must pay in one lump sum. Fill out a manual registration form and send back by email or by fax (303-530-2691). Please make the money order payable to Kabbalah Centre and send to:

By Wire Transfer: If paying by wire transfer, fill out a manual registration form and send back by email or by fax (303-530-2691). You will then be sent wire transfer instructions. Please note, your registration will not be entered until proof of payment has been provided.

Payment Plan: The Payment plan is designed for credit card payments ONLY. The same credit card must be used for all payments. You will be charged in equal parts, with the first charge on the day you register, and the remaining charges on the 1st of each month. Final payment will be charged on April 1st. For example, if you register on March 22nd, you will be charged 1/2 of the total on March 22nd and the remaining 1/2 of the total on April 1st. A $10.00 fee applies to all payment plan registration records. NO payment plans will be accepted beginning April 1st.

 

Special Meal Requests:The Kabbalah Centre makes no guarantees or guarantees any of the food products prepared by the caterer or the kitchen are free from foods which may contain wheat, dairy, nuts, fish or any other products which may cause reactions to those who have allergies. The Centre will assume no liability or responsibility for any food consumed that may or may not cause an allergic reaction to a specific ingredient.
While precautions and care have been taken to accommodate special needs, we cannot assume the responsibility or liability. Any person concerned with food allergies needs to be aware of the risks inherent in eating in an establishment that does not solely cater to certain dietary requirements. Even though we have taken precautions, there is always the possibility of contamination of allergen-containing ingredients.

The Kabbalah Centre will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed.

Consent: By registering for the Pesach 2019 event(s), you consent to any and all, recording and use of your likeness by Kabbalah Centre International, Inc. its affiliates, subsidiaries, and related companies (KCI). At the sole discretion of KCI “your likeness”, referenced herein, may include but is not limited the name, image, likeness, voice, or biographical information of you or any minors in your care). By attending or registering for any event you hereby acknowledge and agree to relinquish any and all rights to credit or compensation for the recording or use of your likeness by KCI. You expressly release KCI from any and all claims arising from and against any and all losses, expenses, and liabilities of every kind arising from my participation, including but not limited to invasion of privacy, defamation, false light, commercial appropriation, copyright infringement, or any other cause of action based on the use of any and all recording and use of your likeness. By registering or attending, you irrevocably transfer any and all rights in the use of any recording of your likeness by KCI in any manner and media, including advertising and promotional materials, whether now known or hereafter discovered, throughout the world in perpetuity. Additionally, you expressly agree that the foregoing release and assignment of rights is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law.
