*** We highly recommend you arrive early to the conference. Registration will open at 8:00am in the Level 2 Lobby and be open all day. We will also be broadcasting the parade during Lunch and the Expo, so you don’t have to miss out on anything! ***
DRIVING
If you are driving to the conference, please plan to leave early to avoid any parade-related traffic. If you are driving via the Bay Bridge, do not take the 9th Street/Civic Center or 4th Street exits, as you won’t be able to cross Market Street – take the Mission/Duboce exits, instead.
While barricades will be set up along the parade route starting at 10pm tonight, cross-street traffic will be allowed until 10am on Wednesday morning.
PARKING
The parade is set to start at 11am. IT Roadmap will be well underway long before the crowds arrive. Parking will be available at the Moscone West Convention Center, but may be limited to the extra parade volume.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Public transportation will likely be your best bet on Wednesday. There are three BART/Muni stations that have exits near the Moscone West Convention Center:
• Montgomery Station
• Powell Station
• Civic Center Station
BART will be running longer trains to accommodate the crowds.
