What is the cancellation policy?
Requests for cancellations and refunds must be in writing via email.  A refund will be issued, less a $25 USD processing fee, if the cancellation request is received by December 11, 2010.  No refunds will be made for cancellations received after December 11, 2010.  Email cancellation requests to rmickel@wciconferences.org.
