How do I know if I qualify for the government rate?
If you receive a paycheck signed by the government, you are eligible for the government rate.

What is the refund policy?
There is a $200 service charge on cancellation/refund requests received prior to January 28, 2011. No refunds will be made after February 4, 2011, but substitutions are welcome. For refund requests, please submit an electronic request to Beth Wanczyk at forums@exchangemonitor.com
