GROUP RATES

Special group rates are available. Contact us at DigitalBookWorld@fwmedia.com or 877-436-7764 option 1 with any questions regarding rates and group size stipulations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us via email at DigitalBookWorld@fwmedia.com no later than December 22, 2014. Your registration fee will be refunded less a $250 processing fee per person. No refunds will be made after this date for any reason. Substitutions may be made by email until January 2, 2015. After this date, all registration changes and substitutions must be made on-site.

A 10% nonrefundable deposit must be received within 2 weeks of registering for the February 28th early bird registration to secure your registration. If your 10% deposit is not received within 2 weeks, your registration will be cancelled.
