As VP of Marketing, David is responsible for all outbound communications and external marketing activities for Ruckus Wireless. With over 20 years of Marketing experience, David has focused his efforts on computer networking industry and is a veritable ountain of information on this subject. His specialty is helping early-stage (Series A)networking startups identify market opportunities, establish defensible differentiation, and create a unique brand. At Alteon WebSystems, he helped define the market for “Web witching” and guide the company through an IPO and acquisition by Nortel for $7.8 billion. Before Ruckus, he was the Director of Communications at Aruba Networks, helping launch and build the company before it’s inital public offering of $1.4 billion. Prior to Aruba, David served as Director of Communications at Allegro Networks, a failed supplier of carrier routing equipment. He also held marketing positions at a number of other successful local and wide-area networking concerns including StrataCom, SynOptics/Bay Networks, and BT North America.

Geoff has worked in software product management for 15 years. Prior to joining Absolute, Geoff developed administrative tools with a Fortune-1000 eLearning company.
 
Kari Hedges

Blue Cross Blue Shield Association
Kari Hedges is Vice President of National Programs at the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association (BCBSA), a national federation of 38 independent, community-based and locally operated Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies.  The Blue System is the nation's largest health insurer covering 100 million people – one-in-three of all Americans.  It is the largest single processor of Medicare claims in the nation, and holds the world's largest privately underwritten health insurance contract – the 5.2 million-member Federal Employee Program.

In leading the Association’s National Programs, Hedges is responsible for the BlueCard program, Blue Distinction, the Blue National Doctor and Hospital Finder, and national employer services.  The BlueCard program serves national employers with employees in multiple locations and individual travelers domestically and internationally; facilitating over 250 million claim transactions and over 600 million eligibility, claim status and referral requests annually.  Blue Distinction is raising the quality of care being delivered across the country by recognizing facilities that meet objective, evidence-based thresholds for clinical quality and cost efficiency measures developed in collaboration with expert clinicians and leading professional organizations.  Hedges is accountable for ensuring overall success of these programs, proving strategic leadership and directions of program development and on-going operations, financial performance and customer service.

Hedges joined the Association in 1996, concentrating primarily on Blue national Inter-Plan business.  Her focus is on national solutions to meet the needs of Blue customers including, consumers, employers and doctors and physicians that involve coordination among the independent Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies.
 
James Kastle

Jim joined the Delphi team in 2011 in the newly created role as the Chief Information Security Officer.  He has 20+ years of leadership and professional development, focusing on the information security, risk management, and audit disciplines.  Prior to joining Delphi Jim worked for VWR International, a global distributor to the pharmaceutical, health care, life sciences, and research & development industries.  Jim has also worked for J.P. Morgan Chase and Arthur Andersen in a similar capacity.

Jim spent the early part of his career as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Navy.  He was assigned to an F/A-18 squadron during Desert Storm, and focused on mission planning.  He was subsequently assigned to the Pentagon, and worked in the Intelligence Directorate of the Joint Staff.  Other assignments included two back-to-back tours overseas with multi-year assignments in Australia and Japan.  Jim remains affiliated with the United States Navy in an inactive reserve status, with the rank of Commander.

Jim has a Bachelor of Science degree (Business) from Wright State University, and a MBA from Marymount University.  He has several information technology-related certifications, including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Sanjib Sahoo

During his tenure at optionMONSTER, he led and masterminded the entire technology brokerage platform which is now rated as one of the top 2 trading companies in North America and also the top options trading platform nationally by Barron’s.

As CTO, Sanjib oversees software development, quality assurance, production support and hardware and network infrastructure and is also a member of the senior executive team. As a leader, he strongly focuses on aligning the IT initiatives with business strategic goals while working within budgetary and timeline constraints.  He has been engaged with technology for financial services businesses for over 14 years and have a wide range of expertise in technology management, architecture, open source platforms and design, project management and building real time trading systems. Previously, Sanjib has architected and built trading/financial platforms for XpressTrade (now Charles Schwab), Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Desjardins Bank and several other organizations.

Sanjib received the prestigious 2013 CIO of the Year award presented by the Executives' Club of Chicago, AITP and SIM.  ITA Citylights nominated Sanjib as a finalist for 2013 Technologist of the Year and his technology team received the 2013 Outstanding Technology Development Award. He is also currently nominated for the 2013 Supernova Awards for Innovation and Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leader Award. Last year, Sanjib was recognized as one of the most innovative CIOs in CIO Magazine for innovation and collaboration in technology.

Scott P. Seder is the owner of the Law Office of Scott P. Seder LLC in Chicago. Mr. Seder represents clients on technology law matters specific to mobile devices. These matters include counsel on data privacy issues, intellectual property issues and software licensing agreements. As part of his practice, Mr. Seder also represents clients on regulatory and government contracting matters.

Prior to his success at AT&T Wireless, Sunder held Sales Management/Engineering positions at EpicEdge, a Sun Microsystems partner, and played pivotal roles in global sales engineering and customer marketing. Sunder has a Graduate degree in Computer Science and a bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Bangalore University.
 
Ryan Strohm

Ryan Strohm is an enterprise account executive at AirWatch®, the global leader and innovator in mobile device security and the largest Enterprise Mobile Management (EMM) provider. In this role, Strohm assists prospects and clients in pairing enterprise needs with AirWatch solutions to improve and expand their business. Prior to joining AirWatch, Strohm was an account manager for Micro Focus, where he managed the business development of the Borland suite of software delivery solutions. He also spent 5 years as a senior account executive and team lead with The List, which provides SaaS-based lead generation solutions. Strohm began his career with Gartner, the world's leading information technology research and advisory company. He spent 7 years in various client-facing roles including sales and service delivery within Gartner's EXP business unit. Strohm earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in management information systems from the University of Georgia.
