IPWEA (NSW) Professional Development Workshop: Contract & Contract Law - Sydney 20 & 21 May 2019
This program covers the administration of local government contracts and the basic elements of contract law.
The program is designed for engineering, finance, administration and any other managers who are involved in the decision making process regarding the use of contracts and competitive tendering in their organisation as well as design or construction staff working in the field or office.
Your presenter is Tom Anderson, Associate Professor and Associate Dean, International and Enterprise Development at FEIT at the University of Technology, Sydney.

TIMES: Please register at the Workshop by 7.45 am on Day 1. The program will
commence promptly at 8.00 am and finishes at 5.00pm on Day 1. Day 2 begins at 8.00 am and finish at 4.15 pm. Morning and afternoon teas and lunch provided on both days.
CAR PARKING: Paid parking is available at the Capitol Carpark parking station in Campbell Street (near the corner of George Street); however the venue is within walking distance of Central railway station.
ACCOMMODATION: Overnight accommodation
is not provided for Delegates. You will need to organize your own accommodation if required. Accommodation is available at the venue (Note: There are two Metro Hotels in Pitt Street - this is the Metro Hotel Sydney Central Marlow
