Shaping the future with talent

Any organisation is only as good as its human capital, and a manager’s main challenge lies in attracting and retaining good talent. This will be the focus of Jamil’s 39 Club morning session. During this 2-hour hands-on workshop exclusive to 39 Club members, he will share pro-active tools on how to develop good leadership and management skills in a fast-changing world. The focus will be on attracting, retaining and branding good talent, understanding the expectations of millennials and effectively competing with other computer-based companies.

Shaping the future with technology

The moving sector used to be all about blue-collar operations, but it is an undeniable fact that technology is an intrinsic part of our world today, and will be increasingly significant in the coming years. International authorities are also coming to terms with this, trying to safeguard data privacy by introducing new laws.

The FIDI 39 Club Conference afternoon session will touch on how the technological developments can be beneficial to the moving and relocation sector, helping moving and relocation companies adapt to an ever-changing future.
