When does the Conference take place?

The 4th annual Michigan Clean Energy Conference will take place on May 18-19, 2020. There are additional activities taking place on May 16 & 17. View the Agenda.


How do I register for the Conference? How much does it cost? 

Please visit the registration page for deadlines, rates, and other registration details. 


Is there funding available to help with registration costs?

A limited number of scholarships are available to cover registration fees. Please visit the registration page for more details.


I only want to attend one day of the conference, is that possible?

At this time, one-day/ala carte tickets to the Conference are not available. 


I just want to attend one session.  Is that possible to do without registering for the conference?

At this time, one-day/ala carte tickets to the Conference are not available. Some breakout sessions may be livestreamed from Groundwork's Facebook page, though at this time which breakouts will be recorded and shared has not been determined. Recordings of select sessions will be available after the Conference.


How do I enter a discount code?

If you are a speaker, sponsor, or have otherwise received a discount code, you may enter it on the Welcome page of the registration portal, under your email address, before . moving on with the registration process.


What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

Registration fees are refundable, less a $50 processing fee, up until April 30, 2020. No refund will be issued for cancellations starting May 1, 2020. 


Where does the Conference take place?

Conference activities will take place in multiple locations. Conference sessions will take place at the Hagerty Conference Center. See the location page for other locations and more details.


Where should I stay during the Conference?

Accomodations have been made at West Bay Beach Resort in Traverse City, which is located right next to the Hagerty Conference Center. More details.


How will I get around during the Conference?

Traverse City's public transportation authority, BATA, offers free and frequent service from Hagerty Conference Center to Downtown Traverse City. Uber and Lyft services are also available. Transportation is provided for some Conference activities. See the Agenda for more details. 


Is the conference schedule available? When will break-out session information be available? 

Details will be posted on this website as they are confirmed. A final conference schedule, including conference sessions, will be available in late April.


Will I receive a printed conference program? When will the Conference App be available?

In an effort to reduce waste, physical copies of the Conference program will not be printed. Instead, a mobile app will be available, and an abbreviated printed schedule will be available to all attendees at the Conference. 


How can I receive a list of participants or attendees?

A full participant list will be available at the Conference, and will be emailed to attendees after the Conference.
