How much does it cost to register an attendee for the event?

How long is the Early Bird rate available? 

Early Bird rates end May 15th, 2020 at 5:00 pm CST. Thereafter, all attendees must register at the Standard rate.


How many attendees can I register with my booth?

10 x 10 booth comes with 2 registrations - $3,500

10 x 20 booth comes with 3 registrations - $7,000

10 x 30 booth comes with 4 registrations - $10,500

20 x 20 booths come with 4 registrations - $14,000

20 x 30 booths come with 6 registrations - $21,000

My registration timed-out how do I get back in?

What is the refund policy?

Attendees: Attendee cancellations received before May 11th, 2020, 5:00 pm CST, will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to 25% of their total registration cost. Refund requests received for cancellations or no-shows after May 11th, 2020, 5:00 pm CST, will not be processed.
Exhibitors: Booth cancellation requests received by April 11th, 2020, 5:00 pm CST will be eligible for a refund, but will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to 25% of total registration cost. Requests received after April 11th, 2020 5:00 pm CST will not be eligible for a refund. All booth cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to registration@niada.com.
