Exhibitors

The GCMAS Annual Meeting offers exhibitors the opportunity to interact with physicians, clinicians and researchers involved in movement analysis throughout the United States and beyond. The expertise and knowledge you provide enhances the meeting experience of all attendees.

Booth registration will begin in early December.

The 2020 Program will follow the 2019 Schedule

  • Tutorials will take place throughout the meeting from Tuesday through Thursday.

  • Breaks each morning and afternoon will take place within the Exhibit Hall.
  • Poster sessions will take place Wednesday and Thursday mornings in the Exhibit Hall.
  • Wednesday afternoon will include lunch with the Vendors.
  • Vendor breakdown is Thursday 5:00-6:00pm and 9:00-10:00pm.
  • The GCMAS banquet will be a shorter gathering at Mas Mexican restaurant close to the hotel, followed by a night on town since West Chester will have its "Swinging Summer Thursdays" street festival that night.

Mini-Labs
As with last year, this year’s GCMAS meeting will have the Mini-Lab. With the abundance of space in this year’s conference center, there is a unique opportunity to enhance your exposure to our membership. Sponsoring exhibitors will be allowed to set up a full system in conjunction with other companies (for example, a motion capture, EMG and force plate company, all in one room). These mini-labs will then be available for conference-led tutorials and workshops, with prominent signage indicating room sponsors. In addition, these mini-labs will also be available for demonstrations throughout the conference by those sponsoring exhibitors. Exhibitors may also choose to hold a user group meeting in those rooms on Wednesday evening (space is complimentary; food and beverage will need to be coordinated with Conference Center catering).

Mini-Lab opportunities are available to Bronze, Silver and Gold Level Sponsors (see below). Pairings of Mini-Lab sponsors may be requested, but final room assignments are at the discretion of GCMAS. Up to four mini-labs (room sizes may vary, see chart above) are available. The fifth room will be the “Emerging Technology” Mini-Lab. This will be a shared space that may be used by other vendors who offer new applications and equipment outside of traditional motion capture lab technology.

User Group Meetings
If you are interested in hosting a User Group meeting, the Program Committee has designated time on Wednesday evening. Please contact the Conference Chair (tim.niiler@gmail.com) to arrange for meeting space and food/beverage within the hotel or conference center. Otherwise, feel free to contact Tim regarding appropriate restaurants within West Chester. Tim will aid in connecting with the appropriate staff at the Sykes Student Union who can assist with all facets of meeting planning. Only companies who have an exhibit booth at the GCMAS meeting will be allowed to host User Group meetings during the GCMAS meeting.

Exhibit Hall/Booth Selection
The main exhibition space will be in the food-court area of the Sykes Student Union (SSU). This space is 7,091 square feet in size and will house vendors and our poster sessions. Complimentary wireless Internet access will be available throughout the conference venue, in all areas of the SSU. Booths will be 10’ by 10’ square and will include a 6ft table and 2 chairs. Double booths are also available (20’ x 10’).

The exhibition space layout will be available once it is approved by West Chester University Conference Services. During the registration process, please indicate your booth selection from among those available at the time of your registration.

The process of selecting a company to provide exhibitor services is underway. Details will be made available on this site once they are available.

Booth Rates
In the 2020 Meeting, GCMAS is offering sponsorship levels to match all exhibitors. The Standard Exhibitor package will include a 10’x10’ booth with pipe and drape, electricity, 1 table and 2 chairs. Each sponsorship level above the standard package will include a $1000 Student Travel Sponsorship. Recognizing that our student members are not only the future of GCMAS, but will also be leaders in motion analysis research and academics, Student Travel Sponsors will have an exclusive invitation to the Student Mixer on Tuesday afternoon. Each level of sponsorship does include a price reduction in the cost of the booth, as well as addition signage and recognition at the meeting, on the website and in the proceedings. Lastly, a reduced rate is being offered for up to three first-time GCMAS exhibitors.

Exhibitor registration includes complimentary attendance at all Conference functions for 2 people per booth space, including the Welcome Reception and Banquet, to allow interactions with attendees in a more social setting. Additional exhibit staff can register at a reduced rate.
