What Our Attendees Say

"WOTC is a phenomenal platform bringing technology leaders together to share insight, personal stories and best practices on how we address the challenge of building a truly diverse talent pool for the benefit of our workforce, our company culture and our long-term business results.
 – Alison Say, Director, IBM Cloud Ecosystem, IBM

Overall the day was great, I am very new to the cybersecurity industry working for only 2 years. As a millennial it’s challenging to get seen or heard by your peers due to your age. Coming to the event gave me advice on how I can pursue this going forward and having difficult conversation regarding pay.
 – Daniella Howells, Senior Marketing Executive, Sophos
