Yes, once you complete your own registration you will receive a registration code. You can modify your details with this code, including adding & paying for your accompanying person.

Any cancellation or amendment of reservation must be by Monday, 2 May 2022, failing which a full duration room charge, of the original length of stay (plus service charge and prevailing government tax) will be applied to the credit card provided by the attendee to guarantee their reservation, upon booking via the group booking link.
In an event of no-show, full duration room charges including prevailing service charge and tax will be charged to the credit card provided for guarantee.
All reservations have to be guaranteed by furnishing the guest’s credit card details. In the event that a guest does not check in or if a guaranteed reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to guest arrival, there will be a one night no-show charge.
