* Payment for 2018-2019 SAOA Membership Fees are required in advance of congress registration.


SAOA Members

SAOA members in good standing will receive, via direct email, a link to register at the SAOA member rates.  Member rates cannot be accessed via the online registration link on the website. If you have not received an email with this information please contact the SAOA 2019 congress office at membership@saoa.org.za

Non- Member & Profession Allied to Medicine

We will provide a link on SAOA official website for all Non-Members and for PAMs, Full & Daily registrations

Networking Function

SAOA 2019 will include a Networking Function on the evening Monday 2nd September 2019 which will cost R200.00. Please indicate and pay for your planned attendance during registration.


Gala Dinner

SAOA 2019 will include a Gala Dinner on the evening Wednesday 4th September 2019 which will cost R500.00. Please indicate and pay for your planned attendance during registration.


Payment Methods

SAOA 2019 accept MasterCard or Visa credit cards.

If your credit card is declined, please try another card or contact the SAOA 2019 Registration Office at jduplessis@icesolution.co.za about alternate forms of payment.


Confirmation

All pre-registered SAOA attendees will be emailed confirmations. If you do not receive a confirmation following your registration, please firstly check your spam box.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations will be subject to a R575.00 processing fee. Requests for refunds must be received by email to the SAOA2019 Registration Office by before the 15th August 2019. No refunds will be made after the 15th August 2019. Refunds will be processed after the Congress. Refunds can only be made via the original payment method. Refunds by bank transfers may incur processing fees from your bank over which we have no control.  No refunds are given for no shows at the 65th South African Orthopaedic Congress.
 

Visa Invitation Letter

This is inclusive in the online registration and is available for download with your confirmation and payment of registration fees.
It should be understood an invitation is intended to help potential participants obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the SAOA 2019 to provide any financial support.
